me tinking of trying out new colors so for this design i apply different color for different layers. n the name for this design is: d' mixture. the 1st layer which is the base color: pink-o de gallo. the 2nd layer i used: significant other color. the result IMO itz quite alrite cos @ least i can see a pink base for significant other color shade. significant other color shd shd be little more 'darker' ^o^

then:

name for this diy design: d' mixture french. heh i used the d' mixture (above pix) n used the nailart pen in white to paint the white tips =D abit diffcult to paint the white tips cos the nailart pen brush was not in good shape :p

nxt up:

name of this diy: barbie. heh this is one of moi fave diy nail design. base color: cozu melted in the sun. 2nd color: pink-o de gallo and 3d flower in blue :) i still remember tat i did this nailart b4 gg back to sg. hah i wore this design back to sg n went for a wedding dinner ^_^

both 3d nailart i got them in xiamen. reali cant remember the price maybe its RMB15/each. i reali like the flower one.

this is the 1st time i used the 3d flower n its reali compliments this shade. color i had: god save the queen's nails. this shade muz muz apply twice to get the wonderful color. the 1st time i see this color in a forum i knw i muz get this shade =)

nxt:

name of moi diy design: pinks & purples. base color: pink b4 u leap. 2nd color: the grape lakes and oso 3d color cubes in pink & purple =D cos this design oni got 2 colors to show so i named it pinks & purples.

introducing withley! heh he is the little furball running ard in moi hse. such a good boi huh :p hmm, all the nail polishes i used are OPIs unless otherwise stated :D

nxt up gonna start wif:

name for this diy: the silver-lining. base color: nomads dream. the 'straps' color: god save the queen's nails. and i used the nailart pen silver glitter to draw the silver lines :)

and then:

this color is : light pink pearl. its frm The Face Shop (TFS). when i see this color @ 1st sight i like it to bits. but i hope ter r more silver glitter bits inside :) this shade looks metallic but veri creamy when applying. i like the way its haf reflections

nxt one:

moi diy nail design name: teris time. base color: light pink pearl frm TFS. tips: nailart pen in white. the teris 'blocks' are made outta color cubes :) will upload the color cubes in nxt post.

seems like in this post it cant show any more pix even thou i had uploaded super duper mani times. so i'll continue in Pinkz 7 :) cheerios!

anyone likes unicorn? for me, i tink unicorn oni appears in fairy tales and all the princess tat lived in big beautiful castle shd haf @ least 1 unicorn to bring her go anywhere she wanz ^o^

nxt for moi nail design:

color used: cozu melted in the sun. uploaded 2 pix here cos wanna show a comparison btw this color in more n lesser lighting. under more lighting (the 1st pix), itz will shows the more pinkish tone of this color. for lesser lighting (the 2nd pix), the orange tone will shows up more :)

then:

color: pink-o de gallo. frm this pix this shade may looks a little like heart throb. but its dif. this color has a little bit of creamy look :D i tink i din apply this nail polish properly. cos tat time moi 'nail skin' seems to be peeling off n i shd stop all nail polish but i din :P

nxt:

one of moi diy nail design name: the queens tips. cos the color i used to paint the tips is: god save the queen's nails. the base color is still pink-o de gallo. god save the queen's nails is moi 1st red shade. :)

then:

color: nomads dream. this pix is taken under more lighting. n this shade will show more of brown if taken under more lighting. if taken under lesser lighting it will be this:

the shade will show more of a pink tone :) some1 did comment tat this nomads dream look metallic. moi description to this color is a nice shade of brown wif a tinge of pink :D

nailart pens ~ i bought it in china. its very cheap. IIRC the price shd be RMB2.50/each. ters a fine thin tip, supposely to draw designs easier but i find hard to control.

nxt up:

color: heart throb. its frm OPI n its a nice pink shade. heh this pix din do a justice. will upload this color pix again :)

then:

moi diy: cherries. using the nailart pens to draw the cherries. the base colors: be mine + heart throb. heh the cherries stick looks like walking sticks man to ya?

this color actually looks differently in different angles. the only bad pt is that this color is too light to show its beautiful shade. color: significant other color. frm OPI.

then:

this diy is using the nailart pens to draw. like i said these nailart pens r kinda hard to control so i cant draw a straight white line. anyways, i tink the red flower looks like missh@. name of this diy: red flower.

not so good pix IMO i took it wif moi phone. heh actuali can refer to the top pix. this is on moi nails for moi wedding. i went to celine @ BV. wow her nailart skills is good! realli liked her nailart n its not so ex too :D on moi toes for moi wedding i had this:

the pedi nailart is she chose for me. i juz tell her tat i wan french n moi shoes for moi wedding dinner is purple. opps all the colors i din take note. total is S$60

actuali i had bot a few bottles of OPIs n this is one of the colors. color: be mine? this is under valentine collection :) hmm all the pix i showned here is according to the date i had them on moi nails.

why this nailart 1st? cos anything b4 this i din take pix n this one is kinda memorable too. i went to do this manicure with a bride-to-be. her wedding is on 11thJune :) so we went together on the 10thJune. hmm, i had forgotten wat colors i had choosen. tat time i super like french so whenever i went for manicure i wil take french mani.

nxt:

this manicure i done it in JB City Square with Juan :) they brought mrlim n me ter. then while shopping we gotta kick to do manicure n she wanz to do pedicure. so poor mrlim n steven gotta wait for us :D colors: pink b4 u leap. a nice shade of translucent pink wif glitters. n this manicure session ends wif 2 free nailart, total is Ringgit39.

then:

manicure done in NailGirl @ ToaPayoh. colors: pink b4 u leap. haa i din realise tat i had chosen the same color only after the manicurist had applied on moi nails. n this is where i bot moi 1st bottle of OPI . ends with 2 free nailarts too :) total is S$20 (w/o the OPI).

nxt:

heehee n this is moi diy. heh a wee bit ugly hor... anyway the color is frm SaSa a creamy pink wif some nailart stickers which i forgot i bot frm where. then i realise tat i dun like creamy color yet all.

then:

hmm this is moi 1st time diy a french w/o using tapes. colors: pink b4 u leap wif tat pink creamy frm SaSa as tips. then i slowly realise tat i dun haf enuff colors for me to play ard.

nxt:

trying to do a gradient effect wif . so u tink its a failure or success? heh for me i tink some fingers under certain angle got the effect but not so clear. guess i had used the wrong color to do. :) gotto use more translucent nail polishes.

haahaa i duno y whenever i had uploaded this pix, moi blog juz dun show it. :S anyways, this nailart was done during this yr CNY. i went chinly's place @ tampiness to do a mani & pedi. i wanted to try a dark red color is i chosen this color: mrs o'leary bbq. its was a nice dark red, the pix shown might be too dark :)

hmm, decided to do another post ~ Pinkz 2. cos ters is stil some more to go b4 moi current nailart. heh, hope u wont be bored out. :) cheerios!
